Taking it for half a year for breast cancer prevention. And so far, I'm satisfied with the results I see and feel. I've learned how to deal with a few side effects I constantly have. Staying hydrated helps with an upset stomach. And I go to bed 2 hours after I take the pill. It helps me avoid sleepiness.

I've been using this med to prevent breast cancer recurrence for 5 years. Several times, I honestly wanted to stop my treatment. The side effects were so severe that I struggled to function. My biggest problems were mood swings and bone discomfort. I believe living with the adverse effects would be simpler if my doctor told me more about them. That is why I wrote my review for the benefit of others.

I started Nolvadex a month ago, and since then, I wake up at night with night sweats and sleeplessness. Also, I found that I was more hungry and seeking junk food, which led me to gain about 6 pounds. However, I can cope with these adverse effects because I know the medications are helping my condition.
